An ancient "toy train" steams along by fits and starts above the clouds. By Alex Ninian For The Inquirer ON THE DARJEELING HIMALAYAN RAILWAY - At 7,000 feet, we are above the clouds; there's a bright blue sky and brilliant sunshine above, but when we look down, we can see nothing but the snow-white tops of the swirling clouds. A common enough experience for a mountaineer, but not for a passenger on a train. Particularly a train pulled, puffing and hissing, by a struggling antique steam...
